Description

This Real Estate Inspection course, focused on Texas Law, will cover the laws that govern the home inspection business in the state of Texas, as well as the rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission.


During this course, students will study chapter 1102 of the Texas Occupations Code. the importance of maintaining a professional and unbiased approach when operating a real estate inspection business. Participants will also review TREC's Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.


The course will also cover the legal requirements for real estate inspections, such as understanding the Texas Real Estate License Act and the Texas Administrative Code. Students will also learn about the legal responsibilities of real estate inspectors, including their liability and potential penalties for non-compliance.


This course is suitable for licensed real estate inspectors, as well as those looking to become licensed in the state of Texas. It is also a great opportunity for continuing education for licensed real estate agents, who will be able to apply the knowledge and skills learned in this course to their own practice.
